Implant Sciences Corporation (PINK: IMSC), a developer, manufacturer and seller of sophisticated sensors and systems for security, safety and defense markets, on Monday, announced the appointment of Robert J. Franks as an advisor.
Franks had held senior posts with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, and private industry. He has significant knowledge of security and law enforcements.
A veteran of the U.S. State Department, Franks served as Assistant Director of the Diplomatic Security Service. He also served as Director of Dignitary Protection. Most recently, he worked at EOD Technology as an Account Executive. In this role, he oversaw the U.S. Department of Stateâ€™s security support account.
