Big Mover; Cotton & Western Mining (CWRN)

Shares of Cotton & Western Mining (PINK: CWRN), a company engaged in mineral exploration and development, are surging in trading today.

At last check, CWRN shares were trading 45% higher at $0.0029 on volume of 1.30 million.

Cotton & Western Mining shares are gaining after the company said that the Qin Hai Bulk Cargo Vessel sailed out of the Pacific Ocean Port of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico on June 13, 2012. The vessel is carrying full maximum load 43,829 WMT of Raw Crude Iron Ore sized 1-10mn under contract with Bao Steel.

CWRN said that another 45,000 WMT of Raw Crude Iron Ore remains stockpiled at the port pending dispute resolution with Mexican authorities.

Cotton & Western also updated that Robert L. Cotton resigned as the company’s President on June 7, 2012 and has been replaced by Shirley Lee.
