Sunpeaks Ventures Inc. (OTC: SNPK) shares have risen sharply in early trading today. SNPK rose to an intra-day high of $0.13 today before paring some of the gains. At last check, the stock was trading 11.01% higher at $0.121 on volume of 2.70 million.
Despite the gains today, SNPK has had a disappointing week, falling nearly 30%. In fact, in the last one month, SNPK shares have come under intense selling pressure. Since April 19, shares have fallen 87.03%.
Sunpeaks Ventures, which is engaged in the distribution of hard-to-find and specialty drugs to the healthcare provider market, has made some major announcements this month. Last week, the company announced the signing of a marketing and sponsorship agreement with major university sports program for Clotamin®.
Earlier in the month, SNPK also said that it will launch Clotamin radio and Internet advertising campaign in Washington D.C.
