Micro-Cap on the Move; East Coast Diversified Corp. (ECDC)

East Coast Diversified Corp. (OTC: ECDC) shares are down sharply in early trading today. At last check, ECDC shares were trading 11.67% lower at $0.0053 on volume of 1.06 million.

East Coast Diversified, which is a holding corporation, this week, announced that its Master Licensee in Kenya, Asonicslive Interlink, secured a 5-year distributor agreement with Security Group Africa (SGA). The announced was made through ECDC’s subsidiary EarthSearch Communications Inc.

The agreement between Asonicslive Interlink and Security Group Africa was executed on May 10, 2012. Under the terms of the agreement, SGA will offer EarthSearch products and technology as part of its security offering to customers throughout the East African region.

Kayode Aladesuyi, Chairman and CEO of ECDC and EarthSearch, said that visiting Kenya and facilitating the agreement between Asonicslive and SGA was important to ECDC’s 2012 goal.
