Micro-Caps on the Move; iMing Corp. (IMNG), Cellceutix Corp. (CTIX), Sky Power Solutions Corp. (SPOW)

Shares of iMing Corp. (PINK: IMNG), a company seeking to become a leading technology solution provider of set-top boxes (STB) which supplies high-definition television through the Web (Web TV) in China, are soaring in trading today.

At last check, IMNG shares were trading 14.29% higher at $1.08 on above average volume of 990,387. The stock hit an intra-day high of $1.18 today, and has gained 80% in the last five trading sessions.

IMNG shares have been soaring after the company last week announced that it is preparing to enter the $9 billion set-top-box/Web TV market in China.

Shares of Cellceutix Corp. (OTC: CTIX), an early-stage developmental biopharmaceutical company, are rallying in trading today.

At last check, CTIX shares were trading 17.36% higher at $1.42 on above average volume of 1.04 million. The stock hit a 52-week high of $1.45 and in the last five trading sessions it has gained nearly 28%.

CTIX shares are soaring in trading today after the company announced that it entered into a $10 million common stock purchase agreement with Aspire Capital Fund LLC. The company said that Aspire has committed to purchase up to $10 million of CTIX common stock over the next three years at prices based on the market price at the time of each sale. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the purchase agreement to advance its pipeline development.

Shares of Sky Power Solutions Corp. (OTCBB: SPOW), a development-stage company focusing on the development of safe rechargeable battery systems for applications ranging from portable electronics to onboard energy storage in electric vehicles, are down sharply in trading today.

At last check, SPOW shares were trading 10.53% lower at $0.0051 on above average volume of 38.42 million. The stock has fallen more than 12% in the last three trading sessions.
