Micro-Caps on the Move; Nano Labs Corp. (CTLE), Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. (OSGIQ), Graphite Corp. (GRPH)

Shares of Nano Labs Corp. (OTC: CTLE), a nanotechnology research and development company focused on creating a portfolio of advanced products that could provide benefits to a variety of industries, are soaring in trading today.

At last check, CTLE shares were trading 11.88% higher at $1.13 on above average volume of 490,266. The stock hit an intra-day high of $1.19 in trading today.

CTLE shares are soaring today after the company announced its Chief Research and Innovation Officer Dr. Victor Castano is addressing the Global Symposium on Advanced Materials for Applications in Energy, Health, Electronics and Photonics at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique Energie, Materiaux et Telecommunications Universite du Quebec.

Shares of Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. (PINK: OSGIQ), a tanker company engaged primarily in the ocean transportation of crude oil and petroleum products, are soaring in trading today.

At last check, OSGIQ shares were trading 13.33% higher at $1.02 on volume of 1.02 million. The stock hit an intra-day high of $1.04 today.

OSGIQ had recently filed for bankruptcy.

Shares of Graphite Corp. (PINK: GRPH), a resource exploration stage company engaged in the evaluation, acquisition and development of graphite-based deposits in the U.S., are gaining in trading today.

At last check, GRPH shares were trading 1.22% higher at $0.840 on above average volume of 826,888. The stock hit an intra-day high of $0.86 in trading today.

GRPH share are gaining after the company today announced its initial findings from a compilation study of official records and related that its geological consulting staff have recently undertaken.

Brian Goss, President of Graphite Corp., said that the information the company is providing is historic data and should not be considered a definitive assessment and the public should take this into account. Goss however, said that given its provenance as US Bureau of Mines data, the company strong feels that the indicated figures are noteworthy and extremely promising.
