Integrated BioPharma Inc. (OTC: INBP) shares have soared today. The stock is currently up 372% to $0.118 on above average volume.

So what has sparked this huge rally?

INBP has not made any major announcement in the recent past. The sharp rise could be therefore due to some stock promotion activity from the company.

Integrated BioPharma is manufacturer, distributor, marketer and seller of vitamins, nutritional supplements and herbal products. According to a 10Q filing made by INBP earlier in the year, the company had net sales from continuing operations of $7.2 million for the three-month period ended December 31, 2011.

INBP’s operating income for the three-month period ended December 31, 2011 was $0.5 million.
