AUGT today announced that it appointed Robert F. Hussey as interim CEO, effective immediately. Hussey takes charge from Paul Arena, who served as the company’s CEO since June 8, 2012. Arena will continue to serve as a Board member.
Arena said that he agreed with the Board that AUGT would benefit from a CEO with differentiating operational skills to lead the company to its next stage of growth.
