GRPN shares ended the day 1.66% lower at $4.44 on volume of 8.46 million. The stock fell to an intra-day low of $4.41 on Friday. GRPN shares have fallen nearly 2% in the last three trading sessions. GRPN shares have fallen 83% since the company completed its IPO in November 2011.

LNKD shares ended 0.29% lower at $105.11 on volume of 1.67 million. The stock fell to an intra-day low of $104.38 on Friday. LNKD shares fell 0.13% in the last three trading sessions. Year-to-date, LNKD shares have gained more than 66%, outperforming the S&P 500.
LNKD shares have gained more than 12% since the company completed its IPO in May 2011.

RENN shares fell 1.01% to end the day at $3.92 on volume of 859,134. The stock fell to an intra-day low of $3.86 on Friday. It fell 1.75% in the last three trading sessions. Year-to-date, RENN shares have gained more than 10%, underperforming the S&P 500.
RENN shares are down more than 76% since the company completed its IPO in May 2011.

Shares of SINA Corp. (NASDAQ: SINA), an online media company serving China and the global Chinese communities through its digital media network of SINA.com, SINA.cn and Weibo.com, rose marginally in trading on Friday.
