Micro-Cap on Watch; Green Energy Renewable Solutions Inc. (EWRL)

Shares of Green Energy Renewable Solutions Inc. (PINK: EWRL), a development stage company engaged in the development of municipal solid waste, and construction and demolition waste processing and recycling facilities in Highland Park, Michigan, are down sharply in trading today.

At last check, EWRL shares were trading 4.76% lower at $0.200 on volume of 822,247.

Green Energy Renewable on Tuesday announced that it received approval from FINRA for its previously announced stock dividend.

EWRL said that the shares will be distributed by its transfer agent, Corporate Stock Transfer Inc. The stock dividend will be paid to each shareholder of record at the close of business on June 29, 2012.
