Shares of American Liberty Petroleum Corp. (OTC: OREO), an independent oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, drilling and production of oil and natural gas properties and prospects, are higher in early trading today.
At last check, OREO shares were trading 3.73% higher at $0.250 on volume of 202,805. Despite the gains, the stock is down more than 20% in the last three trading sessions.
According to a 10Q filing made by American Liberty Petroleum last week, the company has not earned any revenue to date. OREO said in the filing that it expects to receive some revenue this month from the delivery of 27 barrels of crude oil produced from Paradise 2-12 well. Apart from this, the company does not expect to generate substantial revenue from oil and gas production activities in the foreseeable future.
