AGR Tools Inc. (PINK: AGRT) shares have risen sharply in early trading today. At last check, AGRT shares were trading 28.13% higher at $0.205 on volume of 1.59 million. The stock touched an intra-day high of $0.22 in early trading today.
AGR Tools shares have risen sharply after the company provided an update on its previously announced acquisition of the Paul Lease in Overton County, Tennessee. AGRT said that it is currently conducting due diligence at the lease.
AGRT said that a title opinion is expected to be commissioned on June 21, 2012. The company plans to conduct a review of the drilling program with all the parties involved.
In addition, AGR Tools also plans to hold a Global Investor Conference Call, which will be hosted by CEO Vern Wilson and CFO Scott D. Allen.
