Micro-Cap in News; Global Gaming Network (GBGM)

Global Gaming Network Inc. (PINK: GBGM), a developer, distributor and aggregator of digital entertainment and sports information for online and mobile platforms, on Monday, announced that it has entered into an association with Goldbet GmbH, a leading online gaming operator, through SportsAlert.com.

SportsAlert.com is GBGM’s North American information service. Stephen Kern, President of Global Gaming, said that he is pleased to start the relationship with one of Europe’s leading online gaming operations. Kern said that through the SportsAlert.com, GBGM can now provide its Canadian subscribers an opportunity to win cash and prizes from their mobile phones.

The announcement from GBGM comes a few days after Kern said in an open letter to shareholders that the company has achieved the goals it set for itself.

GBGM shares have been seeing huge activity in the last few days. In today’s trading, the stock is down more than 15% to $0.37 on volume of 4.71 million.
