Micro-Cap in News; FONU2 Inc. (FONU)

Shares of FONU2 Inc. (PINK: FONU), a social media platform and mobile apps company, are up sharply in trading today.

At last check, FONU shares were trading 8% higher at $0.270 on above average volume of 28,111. The stock gained more than 22% this week.

FONU2 today announced the appointment of Christian Walker as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Walker is an experienced entrepreneur and a technology innovator. A veteran of a number of successful Silicon Valley startups, Walker joins FONU from Frog Design, where he led development of the white label shared viewing application for connecting television viewers in real time.

Jeffrey Pollitt, President of FONU2, said that Walker’s experience innovating not only technology solutions, but also in building networked applications for connecting people around their shared interests and activities, will be invaluable as FONU enters final development of its disruptive jobs and payments platform.
