FMCC shares are rallying amid news that the company will be able to repay the Treasury sooner-than-expected. FMCC was bailed out by the Treasury with taxpayers’ money during the financial crisis. Meanwhile, FMCC has also sued over a dozen banks for allegedly manipulating the LIBOR.

LQMT late last month reported its financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2012. The company did not generate significant revenue in 2012 as it was focused on penetrating target applications and customers to sell prototype parts. At the end of 2012, the company had $7.2 million in cash on its balance sheet.
