GreenCell Inc. (OTC: GCLL), a development stage company engaged in the development of products for the transportation and appliance of gas ignition markets, today, announced the appointment of Shawn Powell Joseph as the company’s new CFO.

Powell Joseph, a senior level accounting and information systems executive, has experience in internal controls, inventory control, treasury support, international accounting and international financial reporting standards. She has a strong background in divestures, acquisitions and integration planning.

GreenCell shares are seeing huge activity in trading today. At last check, the stock was trading at $0.220 on above average volume of 2.74 million. The stock is down 4.35% in the last three trading sessions.
