In the letter, DiNorcia said that he became CEO of CCAJ on April 30, 2012. DiNorcia is also the company’s majority shareholder. DiNorcia provided details on CCAJ’s wholly-owned subsidiary Earth Surfaces of America Inc.

STVF shares ended the day 75% higher at $0.700 on above average volume of 1.29 million. The stock touched an intra-day high of $0.75 on Friday. It has gained more than 159% in the last three trading sessions.
STVF shares have been soaring after the company this week announced that it entered into an exclusive and worldwide intellectual property license with the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre of Ontario, Canada.
Shares of Firemans Contractors Inc. (OTC: FRCN), a full service contracting company providing commercial painting and parking lot maintenance services in the U.S., rallied in trading on Friday.
FRCN shares ended the day 43.75% higher at $0.0115 on above average volume of 11.58 million. The stock has gained more than 144% in the last three trading sessions.
FRCN shares have been soaring after the company this week announced that it expects its Fortune 500 Client Base to increase.
