SAGD shares are soaring after the company announced the acquisition of two unpatented mining claims which expand its Baltimore Silver Mine project by 40 acres.
SAGD said that the additional mining claims have not been tested by modern drilling methods and technology and are therefore seen as an early-stage exploration prospect. The company said that it its initial aim is to identify whether veins from the Baltimore Mine extend onto the newly-acquired claims.
Shares of Sauer Energy Inc. (OTC: SENY), a development-stage company engaged in the designing, development and manufacturing of vertical axis wind turbines for commercial and residential uses, are continuing to rally in trading today.
At last check, SENY shares were trading 25% higher at $0.385 on above average volume of 758,398. The stock has now gained more than 158% in the last three trading sessions.
SENY shares have been soaring after the company announced earlier this week that it entered into a $5 million equity line agreement with the Illinois-based investment fund, St. George Investments LLC for the purchase of common stock.
SENY plans to use the funds for production, and manufacturing of its WindCharger VAWT for the residential market, and its Helix Wind turbine models.
