Shares of Sunpeaks Ventures Inc. (OTC: SNPK), a distributor of specialty drugs and OTC branded multivitamins to the healthcare provider market, rose sharply in the previous trading session on Friday after the company made a major announcement related to its Clotamin® product.
SNPK shares rose 19.57% to finish the day at $0.660 on above average volume after the company said that its subsidiary signed an advertising agreement for Clotamin.
Healthcare Distribution Specialists LLC (HDS), Sunpeaks’ wholly-owned subsidiary, announced that it entered into an advertising agreement with CBS Radio, d/b/a WFAN 660AM for the marketing of Clotamin through a series of live and recorded commercials, online ads, sponsored events and onsite retail promotions.
Based in New York City, WFAN 660AM is a pioneer of the sports radio format.
Under the terms of agreement, HDS has engaged WFAN 660AM to provide a range of elements for the marketing and promotion of Clotamin. SNPK expects a total of 120 Live Read and 45 recorded Clotamin advertisements to be aired over the 3-week duration of the contract period, starting on May 28th 2012.
