Micro-Cap of the Day; Legends Business Group Inc. (LGBS)

Shares of Legends Business Group Inc. (PINK: LGBS), operating as an alternative energy acquisition, exploration and development company, are seeing a huge rally in trading today.

At last check, LGBS shares were trading 91.89% higher at $0.0071 on above average volume of 21.11 million.

Earlier this week, Legends Business Group announced that it retained Patrick Rodgers, CPA, PA based in Florida, as its auditor.

CEO Rudy Sablon said that LGBS is proud to have taken its first step to become a fully reporting Bulletin Board Company by retaining Patrick Rodgers to perform the upcoming audit required to meet any reporting needs with the SEC.

Legend Business said that it is one step closer to its goal in being reinstated as registered with the SEC pursuant to 12(g) of the Exchange Act. Sablon said that a move to fully reporting SEC filers status will increase LGBS’s exposure to the investment community at a critical time for the company.
